Job Summary
The Western Highlands SDA Mission whose head quarter in Mt. Hagen, is responsible for managing the affairs of the SDA churches in
seven (7) provinces which includes; WHP, Enga, SHP, Hela, Jiwaka, Sandaun and part of Western Province.
The main focus of this Mission is the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the spiritual nature of its constituents and the professional management of the church & its facilities.

Brief Description
We are seeking for an experience Executive Assistant to join WHM of the Seventh –Day Adventist Church. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support & playing a critical role in ensuring a smooth operation of the Mission President’s office. The Executive Assistant to the Mission President will;
? Assist in managing day to day activities of the office
? Act as the Secretary to the Mission President
? Be the first point of contact for presidential enquiries
? Liaise to point President to the Mission Departments in collaboration with Admin Secretary & HR Manager
