We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual for the position of Parts Manager. This role is located within the Parts Department, Tabubil Dealership and reports to the Dealership Manager.

The Parts Manager oversees the Parts operations of a dealership, to ensure it is profitable and the performance of the team meets set targets and standards. The provision of after-sales support for products sold and the active marketing of the parts operation are a vital part of this position.
A key focus area of the role is following through, supporting ANZEN requirements of the Company including that of Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML). The position is a Fly In Fly Out rotation (FIFO) after completion of 42 days on site to a maximum of 56 days.

Main duties / responsibilities include:

• Manage the operations and staff of the Parts Department.


• Monitor and control inventory and expenses within budget.


• Ensure the parts operations are in line with Company processes and guidelines.


• Achieve set targets and KPI in relation to budgets and customer satisfaction levels. 


• Compile and submit scheduled reports as required. 


• Ensure areas for improvement within the team are identified and improved.


• Liaise directly with major clients to maintain and improve relations.


• Maintain good employee welfare and morale within the team.


• Ensure safety standards and practices are maintained at the work place.
