Job Summary
This position will support the implementation & monitoring of business Accounting activities across the Dealership network & H/O by aligning Finance operational activities with relevant TTPNG and in-country regulations, to mitigate risk and reduce financial loss for the Company.

Experience / Attributes:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
CPA Certified.
Critical thinking and analytical ability to work with and interpret data.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Tax, Treasury, Banking or similar role with exposure to foreign currency.
Expertise in Budget Planning and Management Skills.
High level knowledge and experience in Accounting Process.
High level knowledge of tax strategies and preparation.
Vigilant with transactions.
Strong written & oral communication ability & strong comprehensive report writing skills.
Effective time management skills.
High level of computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite.
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate & communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Job Description
Main duties / responsibilities include:


  • Analyze and optimize cash management processes for efficiency.

  • Review and ensure all management and balance sheet accounts are reconciled with variances identified and closed out.

  • Track company tax lodgements, payments, receivables and matter.

  • Liase with IRC and Auditor's regarding all Company tax matters.

  • Ongoing review of tax regulatory requirements and ensure these are timely adopted.

  • Conduct periodic tax calculations and provisions. Forecast tax liabilities and ensure timely settlements.

  • Manage and maintain daily required petty cash to ensure available cash-on-hand and vouchers balance at close of day.

  • Monitor bank balances, ensure no overdraft, track billing records for financial follow up and provide daily transactional support.

  • Review, analyze accounting records, reports, financial statements & report on all areas of non-conformance & compliance.

  • Prepare all monthly client invoicing and vendor payments.

  • Analyze and submit all daily receipts, payments for cash flow projection and reporting.

  • Handle foreign currency transactions and manage currency exchange risk.

  •  Assure accuracy in all Dealership accounting process and transactions requirement.

  • Prepare and execute cash forecasting and liquidity analysis to ensure adequate funds are available.

  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
