Experience / Attributes:
3 years’ work experience in Parts or significant experience in a similar role is advantageous.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Study or related field is advantage.
Sound knowledge in automotive and mechanical is preferred.
Strong understanding of parts and product specifications, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Sound knowledge of service and parts departmental procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
Effective time management skills.
Sound knowledge of ERA system.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to live and work in Port Moresby.
Job Description
Main duties / responsibilities include:
- Provide product knowledge and support on key makes to our customers, both internal and external, to resolve issues related to parts products.
- Provide product training to support staff, dealer network and support departments where required.
- Ensure parts are correctly identified and catalogued, including maintaining up-to-date model parts specifications for key makes.
- Work with Dealership network to conduct reviews and assessment to ensure potential for revenue is maximised and budgetary targets are exceeded.
- Identify areas of potential loss and take appropriate action with the parties involved to address the situation.
- Review all KPI’s for all dealers and initiate improvement actions where and when required to improve efficiency of operations, dealer stock orders, dealer stocking guidelines and back-order processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Anzen, quality & industry regulatory requirements for all products, parts & work activities.
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops to develop growth opportunities.
- Provide EPC Assistance to the Dealerships monthly.
- Accountable with maintaining professional standards of work to ensure delegated reports are completed as per timeframe.
- Monitor CSI programs and results and initiate actions where necessary to ensure integrity of the system is maintained and company targets are met.
- Complete other tasks and duties as delegated by the Line Manager.
