Job Description:

We are seeking two (2) competent and qualified Online Ticketing Agents to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidates will have successfully completed a recognized airline ticketing course and possess a valid IATA certification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage airline tickets for customers online.
- Provide excellent customer service and support via digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with airline regulations and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing.
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions.

Requirements:
- Valid IATA certification.
- Ability to obtain an endorsement letter from the training organization that provided the training.
- Completion of a recognized airline ticketing course delivered by IATA, an IATA Member Airline, or a GDS.
- Certificates must be accompanied by digital QR code verification or an endorsement letter from the training organization, issued no more than six months before submission. Otherwise, a refresher course is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in airline ticketing (though not a substitute for professional training).
- Familiarity with airline ticketing systems and software.
