Provide vehicle detailing maintenance support to the business and customers, delivering optimal quality outcome, aligned with the Logistics Centre requirements and standards to satisfy the organization and customers demand.

Key Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Personal & employee safety is the primary consideration in all assigned tasks & accountabilities.


• Ensure total compliance to organizational policies, processes & standard operating procedures.


• Remain compliant with vehicle detailing process & procedures pertinent to 'Toyota' quality standards & requirements.


• Perform vehicle interior & exterior cleaning service duties to meet customer specifications outlined in the repair order.


• Utilize protective & restorative cleaning agents to maintain, enhance & refurbish vehicle unit presentation.


• Maintain cleaning stock supply & submit checklist of required cleaning maintenance materials & equipment to the Line Manager


• Conduct vehicle inspection against checklist ensuring accessories are intact, installed & provide feedback to the Line Manager.


• Prepare detail cleaning service summary report & submit to the Line Manager.


• Provide vehicle driving assistance to the departmental drivers when required & requested by the Line Manager.


• Perform daily safety precautionary & preventive procedures around the workstation & report hazards, risks to Line Manager.


• Uphold housekeeping practises around the Workshop & record, report poor levels of maintenance issues to the Line Manager.


• Remain compliant with the Logistics centre, Workshop operational process, procedures & standard requirements.


• Ensure full compliance with Anzen, quality & industry regulatory requirements for all products, services & work activities.


• Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops to develop growth opportunities.


• Establish, maintain strong business relationships with all customers to enhance & increase loyalty level, customer experience.


• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed & required by Line Manager.
