Job Summary
Trukai Industries Limited is seeking a passionate and self – driven Human Resources Administrator to join its Human Resources Team. This role is based in Lae, Morobe Province and will report to the General Manager – Human Resources.
Key Requirements
Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience in a similar administration role
Organize travel and accommodation
Experience with on-line performance appraisal
Driven and results orientated, with a positive work attitude.
Proven effective time management skills
Highly organized and the ability to multi-task
The ability to handle conflicting and/or changing priorities
Strong customer focus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of and experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with learning new information systems.
Job Description
As a member of our Human Resources team, you will provide timely administrative support, assisting with employee movement, systems maintenance, train and support employees with online performance appraisal process, as well as on-line compliance training modules.
