Papua New Guinea’s leading accounting and consulting firm, KTK Accounting & Advisors is seeking for a new Finance officer to join their dynamic team!
Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelors/Degree in Accounting or relevant field
• Membership of professional body such as CA/CPA
• Experience in preparation of Partnership accounts preferred
Core Competencies:
• Demonstrated expertise and experience in finance responsibilities
• At least 5 years’ experience in management accounting, GST and payroll preparation
• Strong accounting background with experience in financial management and reporting
• Ability to manage and improve financial policies and procedures.
Job Description
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Review and maintain finance policy
- Review and maintain invoice procedures
- Review and maintain debtor and creditor policies
- Review and maintain Trust account policies
- Monitor cash position Process client invoices
- Review management reporting
- Ensure budget records are correct and accurate Monitor WIP and workflow
- Review of GST and Payroll Arrangement Terms of Trade
