This position will drive systematic management of Panel operations, directing resources to achieve optimal quality outcome and standard aligned with the business objective to improve service deliverables and achieve sales target levels.

Experience / Attributes:
8 years’ experience in Managerial role or significant experience in similar role.
Strong Technical knowledge & skills possessing expert product knowledge.
Strong financial, budget planning and business acumen.
Strong computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite & Automotive Systems.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with extensive attention to detail.
Strong organizing, planning and coordination experience to achieve objectives.
Demonstrable Customer engagement, relationship and network building skills and experience that generate loyalty and sales.
Possess excellent team building, leadership & managerial skills.
Critical & strategic thinking with the ability to work with & interpret data analytically.
Anticipates & responds to organizational customer requirements and drives a collaborative approach to problem resolution.

Main duties / responsibilities include:

• Personal and employee safety is the primary consideration in all assigned tasks and accountabilities.


• Ensure full compliance with the company and manufacturers performance and operational guidelines


• Regularly monitor, evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of Panel administration, operating systems and management.


• Manage, administrate Panel & Paint aspect of the workshop operation to ensure 'Toyota' quality standard is achieved.


• Monitor Panel growth, engagement, satisfaction & provide feedback on panel performance metrics to appropriate management.


• Work in conjunction with appropriate managers to plan, schedule and implement product promotions for advertising.


• Provide sales and technical advice to Panel team utilizing required systems.


• Implement, drive workshop Safety programs, procedures in compliance with company standards, policy and regulation.
