We have an exciting and challenging opportunity coming up for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the vacant role of Store Person. This position is located within the Parts Department – Tabubil Dealership and will report to the Parts Manager.

Experience / Attributes:
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
2 years’ experience in role or significant experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as Store Person or significant experience in a similar role.
Familiar with Procurement process & procedure.
Comprehensive report writing skills.
Strong written & oral communication ability.
Strong computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite.
Effective time management skills.
Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate & communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

Store Person ensures that parts inventory profile and stock availability is controlled through the implementation of continuous Kaizen activities and practice for the enhancement of Customer service reliability, delivery and distribution of Parts to customers on time.

Qualification Requirement:
Diploma in Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
2 years experience in role or significant experience in a similar role.
Strong Product knowledge.
Strong computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite.
Strong written & oral communication ability.
Strong report writing skills.
Effective time management skills.
Possess excellent Customer Service qualities.
Strong Influencing & Negotiating Skills.
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate & communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Able to work under pressure.

Logistics Officer provides support to the Logistics operational system, aligned with the strategic direction and vision of the business for the enhancement and engagement of customer service and Kaizen initiatives to improve service delivery and compliance.

2 years experience in Logistics Officer role or significant experience in a similar role.
