As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to drive training initiatives, talent development, and leadership programs that empower our workforce.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Cert IV qualifications in Training & Assessment.
5+ years of experience in L&D, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and digital learning tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
Passion for developing talent and driving organizational success.
Proficiency in data analytics to assess training effectiveness.
