This position will align payroll functions with HR and Finance procedures to support business objectives, ensuring efficient timely payroll operations.
Experience / Attributes:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
6 years of Payroll experience including 1 year in Supervisory experience OR significant experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of Payroll principles, practices, regulations and procedures.
Knowledge of applicable local and state payroll and related tax laws, regulations and statutes.
Strong knowledge & skills in the application of the IChris Payroll Information System.
Strong skill in evaluating and analysing technical payroll activities.
Exposure to budget planning & management skills.
Strong computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite.
Strong written & oral communication ability.
Comprehensive report writing skills.
Critical & strategic thinking with the ability to work with & interpret data analytically.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Description
Main duties / responsibilities include:
- Monitor and ensure all Payroll administration operating costs are in line with the annual departmental budget.
- Ensure payroll process and procedures are compliant and aligned with the company SOP and other regulatory policy and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation and delivery of Payroll plans and strategy in accordance with TTPNG and TTSPH HR strategy.
- Ensure payroll data and information is updated, accurate and accessible.
- Maintain TAMS, payroll information by reviewing, assessing and directing data collection for data entry purposes.
- Prepare, update relevant payroll information and data through weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end and additional reports as required.
- Create and maintain Salary Sacrifice register.
- Work closely with respective HR Business Partner to promote and conduct awareness on Salary Sacrifice.
- Work with internal departments for continuous improvement of service delivery, resolving problems, and identifying countermeasures to enhance performance.
- Assist external auditors and the due diligence review teams during audit process, providing documents and reports on demand.
