This role manages end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance and supporting the Bank’s strategic goals.
Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in a talent acquisition, HR, or customer relationship role. Strong verbal & written communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of recruitment policies, compliance, and industry trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Job Description
Key Deliverables
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate assessment activities, including Assessment Centres, and provide expert advice on selection tools and methodologies.
- Oversee pre-employment formalities, such as police checks, AML & CTF checks, and reference verifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with PNG universities, tertiary institutions, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
- Ensure recruitment policies and processes are followed to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
