Job Summary
About the Role
We’re hiring a Manager Talent Acquisition at WHO to lead recruitment and resourcing, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant hiring. This role focuses on securing top talent, managing assessments, maintaining recruitment records, and building strong partnerships with agencies, universities, and key stakeholders to enhance BSP’s employer brand.

Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and assessment methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems for reporting and data management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
Key Deliverables


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with BSP’s policies and procedures.

  • Conduct Assessment Centres and advise business managers on the most effective selection methods.

  • Oversee pre-employment formalities, including police clearances, and AML/CTF compliance.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records to facilitate effective audits and reporting.

  • Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external consultants to attract top talent.

  • Ensure recruitment costs (advertising, medical checks, travel) remain within budget and are processed promptly.

  • Provide data-driven insights on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost- per-hire, and new hire success rates.
