We’re hiring a Manager Talent Acquisition at WHO to lead recruitment and resourcing, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant hiring. Essential Qualifications, Professional/Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and assessment methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems for reporting and data management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
