Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining sound financial control and processes in the Rabaul branch office and will oversee the accounts payable, receivable, and overall administration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Must have 5-8 years’ experience
• Great team leadership skills
• Proven management experience
• Well versed in MS Excel and other MS office applications
• Able to prepare and present reports regularly
• Experience using ERP, preferably MS Dynamic Navision
• Excellent analytical, forward planning, and problem-solving skills
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and ensue sound financial controls, processes and compliance
- Timely and accurate completion of bank reconciliation and other Balance Sheet Accounts
- Manage the Accounts Payable team
- Manage and replenish Branch petty cash
- Participate in debtor’s meeting and manage a robust debt collection process
