This position will ensure Port Moresby and Lae Logistics centers have adequate parts inventory and stock availability, to ensure reliable distribution and delivery of stock to all franchises, customers and Dealerships, on time across the country.

Experience / Attributes:
Diploma in Business Management or related discipline.
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
5 years’ experience in Stock Controller role or significant experience in a similar role.
Possess a high level of computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite & ERA NET, ERA LINK & IDS Systems (is desired)
Valid Driver’s License (able to drive automatic or manual would be advantageous).
Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
Sound understanding and commitment to excellent inventory controls.
Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate & communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Chef (AM Shift) to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations during the morning and early afternoon shifts, focusing on maintaining high culinary standards, managing staff, and helping to grow the Grab & Go catering business. This role is integral in ensuring the smooth flow of operations during the busiest morning and early afternoon periods.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Chef, preferably in a high-volume setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Passion for food, creativity in menu design, and an eye for detail.

Experience in Grab & Go operations and stock management.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Flexibility to work early morning and weekend shifts.
