Skills & Experiences:
Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or similar field of studies
Understands principles of People Management & Culture change
Able to understand Salary benchmarking (Korn Ferry-Hay Group)
Comprehensive understanding of employment related taxes
Comprehensive understanding of Personnel budgeting and forecasting
Comprehensive understanding of HRIT systems used by Central HR
Effective in Stakeholder management, problem solving and conflict resolution
Able to create and present management presentations and reports.
Has successful change project management experience, from conception to evaluation stage.

Support Services – Provides guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, workplace issues, and best practices to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Employee Compensation & Benefits Management – Oversees the execution and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless delivery, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals to enhance employee well-being, engagement, and retention.
