We are looking for an enthusiastic DEMAND PLANNER whose job will see him or her facilitate the demand part of S&OP processes for SP Brewery and Solomon Brewery. The primary purpose of the Demand Planner is to develop and manage accurate demand forecasts that support the alignment of production, inventory, and supply chain operations with market demand. This role plays a key part in driving the organization's overall sales and operational planning processes, ensuring that product availability meets both current and future customer needs. The Demand Planner acts as a critical link between supply chain and commerce teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration to drive demand-based decisions.
Eligibility
You must preferably have a degree or comparable in Economics, Business Administration & Logistics or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years business experience. Knowledge of Commercial / Business Planning.
You should possess good negotiation skills, inter-personal skills, computer literate, team player and able to work under pressure.
And you must have a High level of Computer skill (Advance Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Skills:
7 -10 years Senior Sales and leadership experience, in B2B / Direct Sales and / or Mining Industry sales experience
A passion for the PNG Mining Industry
Ability to travel to regional areas where many key clients are located, regularly throughout the year
Ability to work with others; lead and / or take direction
Ability to develop and help lead a high-performance mining sales team
Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
Be well connected and have an extensive contact list within the PNG Mining sector
Able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
Excellent communications skills required throughout the business and with clients

Effective in a variety of presentation settings including one-on-one, small and large groups, and with peers and Executive Management
