Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Senior to lead the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role involves driving innovative recruitment and marketing strategies to attract top talent, managing digital communication tools, and participating in the personal and professional development of all employees. You’ll collaborate with department heads on HR needs including recruitment, training, policy-making, and mentoring. Additionally, you’ll work alongside colleges, training institutions, and community partners to create practical training opportunities for local talent and disadvantaged youth. The role demands adherence to proven HR practices and compliance policies while ensuring operations align with KPIs and organizational aspirations.
Requirements:
• Have a 3 years’ experience in role or similar roles.
• Have a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree – Human Resource Management
• Proficient in using Able payroll system.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be a tram plyer and leads from the front.
• Must have a current police clearance within last 6 months.
• Current medical Clearance within last 3 months.
• Strong leadership qualities and great understanding of the 5 key characteristics of Emotional intelligence.
• Personal professionalism in leading standard, lead by example and making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:


Supervision and Management:



  • Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including supervising HR staff, managing workload and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.


 


Employee Relations:



  • Address and resolve employee issues, handle grievances, and maintain positive employee relations.

  • Coordinate monthly staff recognition programs/events.


 


Recruitment and Hiring:



  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job postings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.


 


Training and Development:



  • Develop and implement training programs, assess employee performance and provide coaching and mentoring.


 


Compliance:



  • Ensure HR and Company policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Ensure HR becomes the mouthpiece for all employees, management and all our guests.


 


Compensation and Benefits:



  • Manage compensation and benefits, including salary surveys and payroll processing


 


Policy and Procedure:



  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align organization’s needs and best practices.


Reporting and Analysis:



  • Track HR metrics, analyse data, and provide reports on HR performance.

  • Provide weekly report


 


Collaboration and Communication:



  • Work closely with other departments, senior management, and HR staff, providing guidance and support.
