• Graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Banking & Finance or related field
• 2 years’ work experience

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan documents and applications

Determine all applicable metrics and set up debt payment plans

Interview applications to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans

Communicate with clients to provide or request information

Complete loan contract and counsel clients on restrictions and policies

Justify approval or denial decisions and reports on them

Continually provide working knowledge on type of loans and other financial products

Create in compliance with regulations & law’s and adhere to leading compliance guidelines

Update and maintain all client account records

Provide report to Branch Manager and or Operations Manager upon request

Any other adhoc task required by RO
