We want a branch manager with a wealth of retail experience, lots of energy and strong attention to detail. The branch manager will be responsible for serving our customers, developing our team and leading our retail operations. A rewarding opportunity to drive our next phase of growth.
Skills & Requirements:
• 10+ years in Retail Operations Management. Preferably in furniture & appliance or department store operations

Job Description
Lead and Develop our Team
- Motivate employee performance
- Recruit, train, develop and evaluate performance of branch staff
- Lead a work-place culture of productivity, and exceptional service to customers & colleagues.
Inventory & Purchasing
- Manager stocktakes, inventory controls and security systems
- Build productive relationships with our local suppliers
- Contribute to product development, our procurement system and supply chain management.
Budgets, Planning & MIS
- Manage branch budget
- Contribute to management forecasting, business plans and marketing plans
- Deliver branch management reports, business analysis and insights.
Champion Customer Service & Sales
- Build exceptional long-term relationships with our customers
- Handle complaints and customer issues
- Champion product knowledge
- Lead sales pipeline management
Lead Operations & Business Improvement
- Branch key holder. Oversee daily operations
- Ensure compliance with branch processes, policies and procedures
- Manage branch security systems
- Improve efficiency through business process re-design.
