Job Summary
TISA Bank is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated individual for the position of a People & Culture Advisor for our People & Culture Division. Reporting to the Business Partner, the People & Culture Advisor will be responsible providing P&C expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. This role requires a blend of strategic P&C advisory and hands-on execution to support TISA Group’s business objectives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices the Standard Operating Procedures of TISA Group.

Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic P&C Advisory & Workforce Planning
- Assist in developing and implementing a People & Culture strategy aligned with the bank’s business goals.
- Conduct workforce analysis and provide data-driven insights to support succession planning, talent
acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, ensuring alignment with TISA Bank’s corporate values and
culture.
2. Talent Acquistion & Retention
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and execute strategic recruitment plans.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes, ensuring best practices in competency-based selection,
assessment, and onboarding.
- Implement employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives to attract and retain top-tier talent.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Papua New Guinea’s labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies
and procedures of TISA Group.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures to
mitigate risks and maintain workplace harmony.
- Support the development and enforcement of P&C policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with
industry standards and legislative requirements.
4. Performance Management & Learning & Development (L&D)
- Drive the implementation of performance management systems, ensuring KPIs and objectives align with
business goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and facilitation learning & development programs to enhance
employee capabilities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by implementing leadership development initiatives and
professional development programs.
5. P&C Data Analytics & Digital Transformation
- Utilize P&C analytics and dashboards to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement
levels.
- Support the integration of P&C technology solutions, including digital onboarding, payroll automation,
and self-service P&C platforms.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making in workforce planning, diversity, and inclusion
strategies.
6. Culture, Diversity & Inclusion
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance productivity.
- Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to create an inclusive work environment.
- Lead corporate social responsibility programs that align with TISA Group values and employee well-being
initiatives making TISA Group an Employer of Choice.
