Reporting to the Business Partner, the People & Culture Advisor will be responsible providing P&C expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. This role requires a blend of strategic P&C advisory and hands-on execution to support TISA Group’s business objectives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices the Standard Operating Procedures of TISA Group.
