Job Summary
Responsible for planning, implementation and overall management of strategic plans, objectives and direction of Properties & Facilities and Security functions of TISA Group.

Key Educational Qualifications, Requirements and Experience:

Degree/Post Graduate Qualifications in facility management, engineering, business administration or a related discipline
3+ years’ experience in facilities management position
Strong understanding of warehouse control systems
Able to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical and automation systems
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
Demonstrated leadership skills
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills
Project Management skills
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with high level consulting skills
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Excellent (fluent) English communication skills - oral, written and report writing/presentation
Ability to analyse complex issues and problems, evaluate options and implement appropriate solutions
Organized, methodical and forward planning capabilities
Strong assertive capability with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
Ability to influence and encourage co-operative working relationships with various stakeholders

Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Properties Management 



  • Manage and administer all properties of the company and related entities

  • Liaise closely with the COO on the development and implementation of strategic and management plans for TISA Group’s Properties portfolio.

  • Manage and monitor the Properties portfolio to ensure that key operational objectives including reporting requirements are effectively managed by division managers and staff.

  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and annual compliance reporting

  • Maintain contact with all divisional managers and staff through regular communication and personal contacts.

  • Oversee all matters relating to TISA properties and facilities including new establishments, repairs and maintenance and

  • Administer and monitor all conveyance matters relating to TISA properties including the draft, review and advice on contracts, leases and agreements


 


Facilities Management



  • Manage and administer all Facilities of the company and related entities
