The Team Leader supports the Workshop operations and system in compliance with Toyota quality standards, aligned with the business objective, for the continuous engagement and improvement of service, deliverables and the achievement of sales target levels.

Experience / Attributes:
At least 3 years’ experience in overseeing and/or supervising service operations.
Strong Product Knowledge
Able to Interpret Parts
Sound knowledge on ERA NET & ERA LINK systems.
Comprehensive report writing skills.
Strong computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite.
Strong written & oral communication ability.
Effective time management skills.
Extreme attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure.
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate & communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have own accommodation in Mt. Hagen.
