Steamships Trading Company is seeking for Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) Specialist.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility, ideally in logistics, shipping, transportation, or extractive industries in PNG or the Pacific region.
• Experience in designing and implementing programs to reduce carbon emissions, improve fuel efficiency, and promote sustainable practices.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards.
• Strong analytical skills for data collection, metrics tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast paced environment.

This position will ensure business Kaizen project deliverables are achieved through the provision of efficient service support towards the planning, coordination and implementation of Warehouse safety across the Dealership network and Head Office.

Experience / Attributes:
Diploma in Business & Management.
2 years experience in officer role or significant experience in a similar role.
Knowledge and experience in Project Management.
Comprehensive report writing skills.
Strong written & oral communication ability.
Strong computer literacy & working knowledge of MS Suite.
Effective time management skills.
Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to organize, plan, coordinate & communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Logical thinker with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good organizational, planning & coordination experience.
