Trukai Industries are seeking a suitable candidate to join our Sales Team as an Area Sales Manager based in Groroka, Eastern Highlands Province. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager for Highlands Region.

Key Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience in an FMCG industry
Ability to be responsive and work in a fast pace and agile environment
Highly develop sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
Marketing segmentation and financial analysis knowledge
Leadership capacity – ability to engage to, motivate and manage accountability
Possess outstanding problem solving skills
High level of professional and work ethics
Strong communication and relationship building
Proactive and ability to deliver results
Must have a Current Class 6 Driver’s License.

Trukai Industries is seeking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Sales Representative to join our Sales Team based in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province and will report directly to the Area Sales Manager.

Key Requirements:
Diploma in Business or related field
5 years’ experience in similar role
Previous Experience in an FMCG Company
Result oriented, attention to detail and strong leadership skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Very good customer and interpersonal skills
Computer literate in Outlook, Microsoft Excel and MS Word
Must have a Current Class 6 Driver’s License
