We have an exciting and challenging opportunity coming up for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the vacant role of FMS Systems Team Lead. This position is located within the Business Planning & Development - Head Office, Port Moresby and will report to the FMS Product Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective coordination and support across all facets of FMS operations. Additionally, the candidate is expected to take all necessary measures to promote and maintain a high level of workplace safety & awareness in all FMS operational activities; and drive a results-oriented approach to all FMS activity sustaining system integrity, collaboration and customer service delivery.

Experience / Attributes:
Minimum Certificate in Business & Administration.
Minimum Certificate 4 or equivalent in Information Technology.
Grade 12 Certificate.
Bonus – Automotive electrical certification.
Minimum 3 years in project engagement or operational coordination.
Strong knowledge & experience in research, development and implementation of Automotive GPS & Telematic systems (software & hardware).
Strong computer literacy & knowledge on use of MS Suite & Power Bi.
Comprehensive report writing skills.
Effective planning & time management.
Logical thinker with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good organizational, planning & coordination experience.

About the Role:
BSP is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Paralegal Officer to join our Legal Services team. This position plays a vital role in supporting legal operations, particularly in debt recovery processes and ensuring efficient court-related documentation and filing.

Reporting to the Head of Legal Services, the Paralegal Officer will be responsible for filing and searching court documents, assisting legal officers, and carrying out District Court debt recovery functions (excluding court appearances). The role also involves research, preparation of legal documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 education. Diploma or Degree in Legal Studies desirable.
2-3 years’ experience in legal or paralegal roles.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
At least 2 years of experience in court filing/searching and District Court debt recovery.
Basic understanding of District and National Court procedures.
Strong file management, legal documentation, and administrative skills.
Exposure to fraud investigation and legal research.
Experience in preparing court documentation such as affidavits and enforcement pleadings.
