About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, budgets, resources, and delivery plans while ensuring alignment with business goals. • Coordinate business teams, technology specialists, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. • Provide accurate project reporting, oversee risk and issue management, and ensure appropriate governance and approval processes are followed. • Manage project budgets, forecasts, vendor performance, testing, business readiness, and successful implementation of solutions. • Support achievement of business benefits, lead project closure activities, and strengthen internal project management capability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. • A recognised project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable. • 4–7 years of relevant delivery experience, including independently managing projects from initiation through implementation and closure. • Demonstrated management of project budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and vendor deliverables. • Experience delivering technology-enabled business change, including testing, operational handover and stakeholder adoption. • Practical knowledge of Agile and predictive delivery approaches.
