Payment Information
All prices and transactions are denominated and processed in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK), currency code PGK. Prices displayed as "PGK 250.00" or "K250.00". All checkout, invoice, receipt, and confirmation email amounts are in PGK. International customers can purchase using foreign-issued Visa or Mastercard. The gateway converts their local currency to PGK during checkout. The cardholder sees the charge converted to their native currency on their bank statement, subject to exchange rates and foreign transaction fees determined by their card issuer. Funds are deposited into our Kina Bank Business Account as PGK. See

Digital Service Delivery Policy
WantokJobs provides digital services — no physical goods are shipped. No physical delivery or freight fee applies. Services are activated after successful payment verification and any required employer, content, or compliance review. Job credits activate immediately after verified payment. Job advertisements activate immediately or after compliance review. Featured jobs activate after verified payment and eligible live job confirmation. Subscriptions activate after verified payment. Enterprise implementations follow signed implementation plans. Manual bank transfers activate after funds are confirmed and reconciled. See

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be considered for: duplicate payments, non-delivery, cancellation before activation, technical failure preventing use, incorrect charge amount, or legally required refunds. Refunds may be denied where services have been substantially delivered, featured placement has run, candidate database access has been used, or the account was suspended for fraud. To request a refund, contact billing@wantokjobs.com with invoice number, receipt number, gateway reference, amount, and reason. Acknowledge within 2 business days, assess within 5 business days. Approved card refunds returned to original payment method where technically possible. Dual approval required for high-value refunds. Refund amount cannot exceed captured amount. See

We collect jobseeker data (CV, employment history, education, referee data), employer/company data, job application data, uploaded documents, communications, IP/device/browser data, cookies/analytics data, and billing/payment metadata.
