How does "unlimited" work — is it truly unlimited?
Yes. Once your annual plan is active, all credit checks are bypassed. You can post as many jobs, run as many AI matches, search candidates, and send WhatsApp broadcasts as you need — no caps, no top-ups.
How do we pay? We use POs and bank transfer.
Perfect — that's our standard. We issue a formal invoice with a 14-day payment term. Once payment is confirmed, your account is activated within 24 hours. We accept bank transfers and direct deposits only. Note: to qualify for the 30% launch discount, your subscription (annual or monthly) must be activated before 31 August 2026.
Can we start mid-year and get a pro-rata rate?
Yes. We can arrange mid-year activation with a pro-rata adjustment to align with your financial year cycle (e.g. June 30 end date for PNG government FY).
What happens when the plan expires?
We'll notify you 60 and 30 days before expiry. If not renewed, the account reverts to credit-based billing automatically — no data is lost.
Can we pay by card and set up auto-renewal?
Yes. When you generate a quote while signed in, you'll see an option to pay securely via Kina Bank IPG and set up automatic recurring billing — charged annually or monthly depending on your plan. Your card token is stored securely by the bank (we never see your full card number). You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your Billing History page — no cancellation fees.
Can multiple departments or subsidiaries share one plan?
Corporate and Enterprise plans include multi-seat access. For multi-entity or ministry-level setups, talk to us about our Government plan which supports multi-department deployments.
